增加平衡和力量，防止跌倒
該工作坊介紹了太極拳原理和一系列螺旋運動，為參與者提供了發展和增加力量，平衡和柔韌性的工具，更多地關注身體的下部。該講習班將進行熱身訓練，自然呼吸練習和通過基本的太極運動進行整體身體調節，以幫助參與者重獲身體控制的中心，以防止跌倒。
改善身體姿勢，管理背部和肩部疼痛
該工作坊將通過太極原理和動作來調整您的身體結構，從而改善靜態和動態姿勢的穩定性。正確的身體對準可增加能量流動，並減少導致身體疼痛的關節和肌肉的壓力和勞損。該講習班將包括熱身課程，身體對準原理和自我校正技術，以增強身體定位，從而增加血液循環並釋放肌肉張力，從而減輕肩背疼痛。
